The Department of Science and Technology, Regional Office No.VIII through the FY 2017 Yolanda Rehabilitation and Recovery Projects (2017 YRRP) funds intends to apply the sum of Seven Million Four Hundred Thirty Thousand Pesos Only (Php 7,430,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract of Supply and Delivery of ICT Equipment for CY 2017. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
The Department of Science and Technology, Regional Office No.VIII now invites sealed Bids from Eligible Bidders for 17 sets of All-in-One Personal Computer, 150 sets Desktop Computer, and 167 units 4G Wireless Router. Delivery of the GOOD is required on April 10, 2017 or 31 Calendar days from Issuance of Notice to Proceed. The description of an eligible Bidder is contained in Section II of the Bidding Documents, ITB. The descriptions of said ICT Equipment are as follows:

Interested Bidders may obtain further information from DOST8 BAC and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from February 10-17, 2017.
A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by interested Bidders from the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee in the amount of Seven Thousand Four Hundred Thirty Pesos Only (Php 7,430.00). The method of payment will be in form of cash, postal money order or check, payable to DOST-8. The Bidding Documents shall be received personally by the prospective Bidder or his authorized representative, or other means of releasing said bidding documents as may be arranged with the DOST-8 BAC but only upon payment of said non-refundable fee.
The DOST-8 BAC will hold a Pre-Bid Conference open to all interested parties on February 15, 2017 at 10:00 A.M. at the DOST-8 Conference Room, Government Center, Candahug, Palo, Leyte.
Bids and eligibility requirements must be delivered to the address below on or before February 28, 2017, 9:00 A.M. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in the form of cash, Certified Check, Cashier's Check, Bank Draft, Irrevocable Letter of Credit, Bid Securing Declaration, Bank Guarantee or Surety Bond and in the amount of not less than or equal to 2.5% of the ABC depending on the said form of bid security and as stated in the ITB. Late bids shall not be accepted. Official time is the Philippine Standard Time Clock.
Bid Opening shall be on February 28, 2017, 10:00 AM at DOST-8 Conference Room, Government Center, Candahug, Palo, Leyte. Bids will be opened in the presence of the Bidder or its authorized representative/s who choose to attend at the address below.
